Why I Built Centilo
In pediatric residency, I found myself constantly switching between multiple apps and websites for different calculators – z-scores and growth charts on one site, drug dosing on another, clinical scoring tools on a third. None offered everything in one place with the accuracy and speed that clinical work demands.
Centilo was born from that frustration. It aims to be the single, trusted source for every pediatric calculation a clinician might need – built on published reference data, reviewed by a practicing physician, and always free for core tools.
